This 1300 square foot condo is located in beautiful Mountain Village near the base of the Telluride Ski Resort. The property is the perfect location for summer festivals, winter and spring skiing, fall colors or winter getaways. This is the perfect location for a family or a small group anytime of year. We are fractional owners that stay here at least two weeks of the year, and we rent out the weeks that we cannot make it.
