When you contract this suite, all three bedrooms are yours. We will not rent to anyone else while you have the dates. It is your option to bring other people, but six is our limit. We do not allow pets or children since thousands of acres of forest is out the back door and we are afraid for children's safety.

Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom with amazing views of Pikes Peak, rock formations, and forest. This level has a private entrance and patio to enjoy the surroundings. This is the ground level attached to our main house, however there are no shared living spaces, just a shared driveway. We live in the upper level with 3 of our 6 children during the school year, Sep-May. This property is only available during that time. *We do not allow pets or events*
