The Forest Manor Cottage

The rustic Cottage behind the Manor sleeps 6 and is close to Colorado Springs and amenities of city life, yet is located in a pine forest. It has a kitchenette (fridge, toaster oven, hotplate, microwave, coffee maker.) The Art Studio in the front section of the Cottage is separated from Guest quarters that face the forest. Relax in a queen bed on the main level, or go up the stairs to the loft for 2 twin beds and a full bed. The bathroom has a shower. Guests enjoy breakfast in the Main House.

Private Queen room w/adjoining bath/shower in Mountain Home with gorgeous views of Pikes Peak on 3/4 acre. Owners live on Main level so we would share living/kitchen space. Please note that when upper and lower areas are rented simultaneously, which is seldom, there is no cross over of living spaces. Lower level can be rented for custom rate if you want more space/privacy. Brochures for local activities. Two small, friendly, dogs and one kitty live on the property. THOROUGHLY SANITIZED!!

This is a charming front unit (unit #1) in an older duplex house with exclusive access to the front porch and fenced-in patio/dog run. Deer often stroll through this peaceful property in the foothills of Pikes Peak. The house is less than a mile from hiking and biking trails and downtown Old Colorado City.
