This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. We are walking distance to Free Will Brewing Co., restaurants, parks and tree lined trails. Pearl S. Buck House and the Lake house Inn: 5 miles. Sellersville Theater & BCCC: 1 mile. Lake Nockamixon: 10miles, Doylestown: 13miles & New Hope: 22miles. We are about 1 hour from Philadelphia & the Pocono Mountains. Close to wineries, breweries, boating, biking, theatre & kids activities.

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
