Welcome to our private duplex villa, located in the beautiful Saros Gulf, a pearl of the North Aegean and Çanakkale region with its crystal-clear waters and Blue Flag beaches. Our villa is situated right by the sea in a gated community with a swimming pool and a private garden. You can watch the sun set over the sea from the veranda or terrace, and at night, you can listen to the unique sounds of the local night birds.

Hi Everyone, This is my parent's summer house. We love this house and you will too, I promise. It's on the seaside. I'm not talking about 200m away from the see, it's literally 30 cm away from the sea. There are 4 individual guest rooms that you can stay as a group. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen available for you. I hope you enjoy your trip!
