We had a wonderful stay at this charming, antique-style house! The place is beautifully decorated and full of character, making it a unique and cozy experience. Irma is an absolutely amazing host , so warm, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us fresh homemade hachapuri, which was incredibly delicious and such a kind gesture. Irma went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us to guide us to the house and helping with our luggage. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is impressively equipped—easily set up to host 10 guests at once! The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

1) квартира расположена в очень хорошем месте, недалеко от всех достопримечательностей и центра города. Остановка транспорта прямо рядом с подъездом, метро "300 Арагавинцев" - 5 минут от дома. 2) квартира очень удобная, комфортная, всё, что нужно для жизни, в ней есть, даже посудомоечная машина. Два кондиционера, отопление. Впечатления самые приятные. 3) Отдельно хочется упомянуть хозяина квартиры, Гела всегда был с нами на связи, помогал с бытовыми вопросами, замечательный хозяин. Однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру для проживания.

Beautiful home, amazing host and prime location is what could sum up our stay. Nino has been such a lovely person, very responsive, and she was kind to allow us to do an early check in due to our flight schedule. The house is cozy, and felt right at home. Nino and her husband were always available for any help we needed. If I get a chance to visit Tbilisi, this will be my stay. The house is equipped with all the amenities, and brilliant interiors. It is walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. A clear 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you Nino, for hosting us, and making our stay memorable.

Nino is a great host! She recommended must see attractions and provided complete walking guide throughout the city which helped a lot! Also, she was super responsive! The unit is located in Old town and is close enough to bars, cafes and many attractions. There is an electric heater and no central heating or AC. The only issues I encountered was: the noise and footsteps from the upper floor was loud. The pressure of hot water was a bit low in the morning. Other than that I had a wonderful experience!

Shorena is a fantastic and friendly superhost, she always responded quickly to our questions, or concerns. Her mother who lives next door is also very friendly, helpful, and speedy to assist with anything! We stayed for 1 month with our toddlers and it was a very fun location. The Old Time restaurant that’s 1 min away is amazing. Everything you will need is within short walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring this area, and it’s also kid and stroller friendly. The home is just like the photos and very clean. The furniture, walls, bathrooms, and etc were all very clean. The beds are VERY comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen is updated, and is well equipped with silverware + dishes. Great for at home cooking. The sink, stove and oven are modern and nice! The wifi worked great, we never had any issues. There’s A/C units in each room, and radiant heating, both work great! Washing machine works great. Don’t let the rough alley scare you, this is a hidden gem! :)

Мы провели замечательное время в этом доме, расположенном в самом сердце старого города Тбилиси. Дом очень уютный, чистый и хорошо оборудованный. Все основные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности, что делает его идеальным по местоположению. Единственное, что стоит учитывать, это крутой подъем к дому. Но это не стало для нас проблемой, так как вид и атмосфера старого города полностью компенсируют этот небольшой недостаток. Рекомендую это место всем, кто хочет окунуться в атмосферу Тбилиси!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. Without a doubt, we will definitely return to Georgia and once again stay at Tamar’s lovely Nest!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

As a solo traveller this Airbnb was perfect! It had everything I needed, it’s very central in Old Tbilisi, was very clean, and an easy check in. You do have quite the climb to get to it, so keep that in mind when booking.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, public transport, and major attractions. I’d definitely stay here again!

Удобно, комфортно, очень опрятно, Лейла очень гостеприимная хозяйка. Вид на Тбилиси с балкона на высоком этаже, удобное транспортное сообщение. Мне было приятно остановиться в этой квартире.

L’appartamento è splendido, con ampio soggiorno e terrazza, cucina e bagni accessoriati per ogni necessità. Il quartiere è molto carino e si possono raggiungere a piedi molti bei locali. È stato un perfetto soggiorno conclusivo del nostro viaggio in Georgia. Consigliatissimo!

Mariam is the most responsive host I've ever met! If you need anything, she'll be right there for you! The place itself is huge and is perfect for large groups of friends or families. Easy to get around Tbilisi by public transit or taxis, and pretty walkable too. My family really enjoyed our stay here!

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎
