Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was beautiful and located in such a peaceful area. Jay was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we found it okay, telling us to use Google maps instead, and even put Christmas lights out on the sign to make it even easier for us. The booklet inside had lots of great recommendations as well. We stayed her to ski at Breck and it was a great location, only a 25-30 minute drive to the hill. Also close to a few small towns where you can get a good bite to eat or grab groceries. absolutely LOVED everything about this place it was a steal.

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time on our week stay. The house is located in a beautiful spot close to Breckenridge skiing and FairPlay fishing, and the community around it are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Truly an amazing experience!

Our stay in this magnificent cabin was nothing short of magical—it truly felt like we were living in a movie scene! While the listing description was flawless, the pictures don’t do it justice. The cabin is even more breathtaking in person, offering a pristine and serene escape. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We had the best time staying at this beautiful cabin! It was perfect for me and my four friends, plus our two dogs. The cabin is cozy and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sledding with the sleds they provided was so much fun and a highlight of our trip — a great way to enjoy the snowy surroundings! We also loved the grill, which was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the hot tub was the cherry on top after a day of outdoor adventures. The host was also super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends (and dogs)! We’ll definitely be back.

This was a very peaceful, quiet home. Extremely clean, pup friendly and full of spa-like amenities. We loved the fireplace, cozy blankets, room/shower sprays, white noise machines and diffusers in every bedroom, giant comfy dog beds for our fur baby. Don’t forget the towel warmer before you hit the pristine hot tub with provided robes and towels. Brooke was very communicative, not that we needed to reach out for much. The property is on a dirt road but was very easy to find and we kept GPS signal the entire drive there from Denver. The WiFi worked perfectly the whole time. Ceiling fans work wonders and there is a small fan in the main bedroom for extra flow and white noise at night. No TV in the main bedroom but we slept with door open and could see the TV in bed perfectly. The mountain air more than Made up for no AC at night. All in all, we had an amazing, relaxing time outside the city and would definitely book again. Don’t hesitate, book this property now!

Christopher's place was just wonderful! We went as a family of four to celebrate our two children's birthdays. The house was cozy, peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed to prepare meals the entire 4 nights we were there, I was even able to make two birthday cakes! I did bring my own cake pans and just in case but this house is so well stocked- air fryer Crock-Pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster coffee maker French press... you name it, it's there. Christopher is a very responsive and helpful host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, my children were sad to leave and for me one of the highlights was the cute little fox visitor we had hang out on our deck for 15 minutes. if you're thinking about booking this place just book it, you'll be glad you did.

We had a wonderful stay and it was exactly what we were looking for! It was a very cosy experience and I would book again! It snowed quite a lot during our stay, which was wonderful for our skiing! Each room had its own heater so we stayed nice and warm.

Tip-top. Smack-dab in the middle of town. Very responsive owner. I hiccuped at the last moment and needed to stay a second day. I was instantly accommodated. Very clean. Very comfortable. Warm and inviting. Thank you.

Greg and Keri were proactive with communication and had provided clear instructions for the hot tub and checkout. The location was great! It was off the beaten path enough to be really peaceful and close enough to civilization that it's there if you want it. We had lunch and bought groceries in Fairplay and enjoyed our pitstops in Alma on the way to a couple of excursions into Breckenridge, If you're into fine dining I highly recommend Roostalk in Breckenridge. The food was amazing and the service was the best I've ever experienced. We made a reservation for the chef's counter, which gives you a front row seat for the kitchen, on Saturday night. We loved it so much we came back for Sunday happy hour ($12 burger and fries). We loved the experience of staying here!

Jesse’s home was comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was wonderful for our family, and we enjoyed the large open living room with the a-frame windows to admire the view. The home was very well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials needed to cook at home - there was even tea & coffee available for us. Just 5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, can’t beat this location. 10/10!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

Beautiful home! Words cannot describe the peace my family felt here! The view was beautiful! Will definitely return when visiting Colorado!

The cabin was so cute and cozy and perfect for 4 of us. The view of the back balcony was beautiful and peaceful. Only bad thing is the listing doesn’t mention that there is another house on the same road with the same exact address, so we were confused for a bit and no service to reach out. Luckily a helpful neighbor realized we were lost and informed us. Everything else was perfect!

These cabins are so cute and cozy, and very pet friendly. The staff is excellent - very responsive and helpful. The location is great - walking distance to restaurants and shops. We have enjoyed our stay here more than once and will definitely go back!!

This cabin was the most beautiful place for a getaway to unplug from the world. The view was the most stunning thing to take in and enjoy. Just bring your favorite food and she has necessities to make a meal to the best view for your partner or family. The stars at night and the sunset makes the drive there worth it 1000%. We will definitely be returning in the summer. I’m so glad that we chose this. One tip for sure that’s important is to be there before dark because the drive is really dark and to make sure that your tank is full in Colorado Spring before arriving.

Jared’s cabin is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is incredibly cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained—perfect for unwinding. Jared provided thorough instructions that made everything super easy to navigate from start to finish. And the stunning Mountain Views were the cherry on top! I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again!

We loved this cabin! It was easy to get to, despite being in a pretty secluded area. It was the perfect place to call home for a few days after driving cross country. It was in such a quiet area, and we were shocked to see a moose crossing the road in front of the cabin. Oliver & Holly were very gracious to let us check in a little earlier than we anticipated, and they answered all my questions quickly. I wish we could have stayed longer!

2nd visit here. Wonderful place to unplug! Beware: door handle will open from inside while it is locked - I did manage to lock myself out! Thank God I had my truck keys in my hand or I would’ve been sunk. Once I got down to Pitkin, Tony was quick to help me out with a spare key at 10:00pm in the middle of nowhere! I slept really great that night knowing I could’ve been sleeping in my truck! I would recommend Tony hiding a key somewhere or switching to a keypad lock (or even a lock that won’t let you open the door from the inside while it’s locked). Great stay in spite of a nerve-wrecking drive down to Pitkin one evening hoping I could reach Tony. Thankfully it all worked out. Also - FYI - the drive from the Pitkin side is not as rocky as the drive from Tincup. Definitely recommend going up from Pitkin if you can.

This was a great place to recharge - it's very remote and quiet and it's surrounded by wildlife and beautiful mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group had a great time at David’s cabin. The place is cozy with amazing view. Easy access to low angle terrain for backcountry skiing.

Anthony's place was awesome! Perfect for our group and easy access to Beck - about a 25-minute drive.

This is a beautiful cabin and location, private and lovely surroundings. Kitchen has everything you need, great stove, and outside grill. Gorgeous patio with a firepit. The outdoor shower is wonderful - plenty of warm/hot water, and the views are lovely. The outhouse is very close and clean - no odor at all. You can see and hear the Thompson Creek from the cabin, and the hiking options are plentiful. The bedroom loft is cozy, and the bed is comfy. If you want to unplug and relax, this is a perfect place. Close enough to explore Carbondale, Redstone, Marble, and Aspen and beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful enough to stay where you are. Besides the charm of the cabin and location, the hosts stand out for their responsiveness, hospitality, and great love for the property and its history.
