The location is brilliant, overlooking Acacia Bay’s popular swimming and kayaking bay. Walk to the water in two minutes. The boat ramp is a short two min drive and we are seven minutes by car to Taupo township. The perfect spot for your next break. The views are amazing! A special Kiwi experience!

Beautifully presented and positioned for all-day sun, this is a great base for your next Taupo escape. Walk/bike to town and the lake, or drive in just 2 minutes. The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

A NEW purpose built 2 bedroom house for 1-5 guests. All double glazed with bedrooms away from the main road. Warm in winter, cool in summer with 3 heatpumps or aircon in 2 king bedrooms and lounge. Our main listing is Middle Island Taupo, this is for beyond 6 month stays. Or for 3 bedroom whole house bookings. We have done our best to make it as comfortable as your own home. 3 smart tvs, wifi etc. Huge deck for outdoor dining. Generous on site parking, 2 cars or car and trailer. Full kitchen.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees and bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 5. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. We’ve had many return guests.
