It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Situated on the water-ski lake, with fantastic views from the open plan living area, hot tub, decking and private garden. Recently refurbished and re-freshed. If you wish to use the on site facilities, you will need to purchase Tattershall Lakes Facility passes through ourselves.
