Rosella Cottage, circa 1900 to 1920, is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with loads of shack atmosphere, comfortable and set on a spacious block of land. Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.
