Tasmania: soggiorni in B&B

Rachel was super friendly and even recommended we go see the little penguins! The house has so much character and history—it’s really beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and made with care. We had such a great stay here—it’s the perfect spot while visiting the lovely town of Wynyard.

Sophie was a lovely welcoming host who happily spent time making guests feel comfortable and presented a gorgeous property

Wendy was a magnificent host. She made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and we enjoyed having her expertise to navigate all the wonderful things to do in and around Boat Harbour. We brought our dog Zen who had a wonderful time with Wendy’s dog Jazz. The accommodation was very comfortable, centrally located, had stunning views and included breakfast. We would have no hesitation in recommending Boat Harbour and Wendy’s delightful Airbnb for anyone travelling in this area.

The place was beautifully decorated and homey. Nicky provided a lovely loaf of sourdough, along with yogurt, fruit and muesli for breakfasts. She even asked our preferred milk option and when we ran out of our preferred tea, provided more very quickly. We especially liked the wood stove. Thank you, Nicky for a fantastic weekend!

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay. My review echoes many of those before me.. we wanted for nothing. Talia is a wonderful host and offered us flexibility around check in and out times which was really appreciated! Bath was divine and the daily visit by all the chickens very entertaining. A most lovely stay and highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay here. Gary was a fabulous host with a wealth of information. A very interesting fellow. My son loves recreational fishing and the local jetty was the best fishing of his life!

What a very special, gorgeous cottage to stay in. Julie and Gary have done everything meticulously as they have lovingly restored the stable. There are special little touches everywhere - beautiful linen on the comfortable bed, the fire laid ready to be lit, underfloor heating, warm towels, home made apricot jam and quince jelly along with sourdough bread, cheese and wine. The breakfast goodies in the fridge were yummy. Nothing has been overlooked. It was such a joy to walk in the garden and have Julie show us around. The cottage is in a great location to check out the Tamar Valley and local area. Communication leading up to our stay was really great. Thank you Julie and Gary for being such wonderful and welcoming hosts and for your kindness in letting us share your special cottage.

We really loved staying here. The bed was really comfortable, great ensuite. We ordered Devonshire teas made by Amanda. Delicious and great value. Sophie the sheepdog was adorable and Amanda is a great host. Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Stanley. Oh, and the little penguins are a must-see!

Our 2nd stay and Magnolia Cottage is one of our absolute favourite Airbnb's. Debbie welcomes you like Family; Magnolia Cottage wraps around you and the Gifts of cake and chocolates are so very welcome for weary travellers. Ich hatte ein dreitägigen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Roberta einen schönen Humor, war so hilfreich bei Allem unglaublich entspannt. Tolles Frühstück inklusive. Gibt super Wanderhinweise. Eine Unterkunft die ich jedem unbedingt empfehlen würde. Am besten für mehrere Tage!!!

We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The place is very private, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Everything was in order and met our expectations perfectly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and quiet space to unwind.
