Kick back and relax in this light filled calm and relaxing apartment. Be greeted by stunning views of Wilsons Promontory and Waratah Bay as you arrive. The house is in the perfect location only a 2 minute walk to the shops, bar and eateries and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Close enough to hear the sound of the waves at night. Pets are welcome. The house aspect is planned to be right amongst the action of town and yet have enough native bush and privacy to feel like you've really escaped.

Enjoy a relaxing break in this renovated 60s style beach shack! The yard is kid-and-pet friendly, have some fun with a putt of mini golf on the fake turf area and let your dog roam around the gardens. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy.
