It's particularly well suited for families with children, as we've provided a cozy play corner, children's cutlery and the surroundings of the apartment are safe and feature a fun playground. While not entirely in the city centre, it's just a 10-minutes bike ride to the heart of the town, but close-by you'll find a hiking trail next to the Emajõgi river, a community garden and a mall with cinema. A cozy apartment located in the heart of Tartu, close to the Emajõgi River and the botanical garden. The apartment has a large balcony and rooms full of light. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

3-toaline korter Tartu kesklinna lähedal sobib ideaalselt peredele ning väikesele sõpruskonnale. Korter asub Tartu botaanikaaia vastas, idüllilises vanalinnas. Korteris on kõik mugavused, et ennast koduselt tunda, lisaks saate külastada majas asuvat jõusaali ning nautida kokteili või hommikukohvi terrassil, vaatega Jaani kirikule. Köögis olemas kõik vajalik toidu valmistamiseks, ei puudu ka triikraud ja föön.

Meie armas maja asub Ülejõel, Lodjakoja ja Emajõe allee vahetus läheduses, kus on maaliline jalutada. Tegemist on meie enda koduga, mille pikema reisi ajaks avame. Siin on eriti tore peatuda perel, aga usun, et mõnus ja õdus on siin kõigil. Kvaliteetse projektori ja helisüsteemiga on mõnus filmiõhtuid teha ning laud on ideaalses suuruses lauamängudeks. Väiksema seltskonnaga on mõnus ka pikemalt aega veeta.

The bright, newly built apartment is a quick walk from Raekoja Plats - the city's heart. The apartment is filled with natural light. It has a well-stocked kitchen, a relaxing bedroom, and a balcony. The garden includes a playground and picnic area. The living room sofa doubles as an extra bed. We're also happy to provide a baby crib and high chair. We're pleased to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Newly renovated and furnished apartment located in a calm area near the city centre, Emajõgi and the Old Town. The kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom have necessary essentials: bed linen, towels, tissue paper, dishes, coffee machine, cutlery, laundry and dishwashing supplies etc. Parking is free and direct.

Selles rahulikus ja väga hea asukohaga kohas saad peatuda nagu kodus. Sul on kasutada kõik mugavused- vaikne ja mugav magamistuba, kodukontori nurk, raamatud, täielikult sisustatud köök. See on minu enda kodu, mille üürin välja ajal, mil töö tõttu olen eemal.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
