A cozy and spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located near the town center. There are two double beds, one single bed and one single mattress. It is also possible to sleep on the couches, they accommodate one grown-up and one child. Linens, towels, dishes, kitchen supplies, TV, internet and washing machine are provided. You can enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. Supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, beach and gym are all within walking distance.

Meie 1-toaline avatud köögiga stuudio korter asub kesklinnas,neljandal korrusel. Diivanvoodil on olemas madrats mugavaks uneks,samuti pimendavad kardinad ja täisvarustuses köök. Majas on külalistele tasuta jõusaal, katuseterrass ja pesu pesemisruum.Samuti on võimalik broneerida kinosaal. Esimesel korrusel on kohvik,kus saab nautida hommiku saiakesi ja kohvi. Tasuta tänava parkimine lähedal,tasuline parkla maja kõrval. Korter on ideaalne paaridele,samuti mõnus peatuspaik,kui soovid tööd teha.

A cozy apartment located in the heart of Tartu, close to the Emajõgi River and the botanical garden. The apartment has a large balcony and rooms full of light. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Comfortable city apartment

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

Korteris on kõik mugavused, et ennast koduselt tunda, lisaks saate külastada majas asuvat jõusaali ning nautida kokteili või hommikukohvi terrassil, vaatega Jaani kirikule. Köögis olemas kõik vajalik toidu valmistamiseks, ei puudu ka triikraud ja föön.

Meie armas maja asub Ülejõel, Lodjakoja ja Emajõe allee vahetus läheduses, kus on maaliline jalutada. Tegemist on meie enda koduga, mille pikema reisi ajaks avame. Siin on eriti tore peatuda perel, aga usun, et mõnus ja õdus on siin kõigil. Kvaliteetse projektori ja helisüsteemiga on mõnus filmiõhtuid teha ning laud on ideaalses suuruses lauamängudeks. Väiksema seltskonnaga on mõnus ka pikemalt aega veeta.

Newly renovated and furnished apartment located in a calm area near the city centre, Emajõgi and the Old Town. The kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom have necessary essentials: bed linen, towels, tissue paper, dishes, coffee machine, cutlery, laundry and dishwashing supplies etc. Parking is free and direct.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
