(cloro) La piscina está orientada al sur, aunque no se puede garantizar que los vecinos no les vean, la ubicación es bastante privada. Distancia a la playa, 1,7 km en coche. Casa para 4 adultos, posibilidad de 1 cuna de bebé. Tiene 2 baños con ducha, wc y lavabo. Fibra óptica.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt an der Costa Dorada im Ferienort Cunit, 900m vom flachen Sandstrand entfernt. Das eingeschossige Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett, 1 Etagenbett, 1 Einzelbett) mit Standventilatoren, eine komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche, ein gemütliches Wohn-/Esszimmer mit SAT-TV, offenem Kamin und Heizung, sowie einem Badezimmer. Vor dem Haus befindet sich zum Garten hin eine große, mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattete Terrasse.

Rustic Annex sleeps 1 to 2 people ( Dogs are welcome ). The apartment has small fridge and gas hob as we are off grid there is (no aircon or microwave, )and small eating area and sofa , separate bedroom room with large super king bed ,bathroom with shower , outside sitting area and a gas bbq ,, Ten minutes to the beautiful fishing village of L'Ametlla De Mar. (Please note the public road to house is tarmac with few bumps due to tree roots . )
