Tarrafal: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

I very much enjoyed my stay at Alessandro’s place. He and his wife were very welcoming, the house is beautiful and perfectly located. Alessandro was always helpful and kind and would happily answer questions, give recommendations and let me feel at home. Unfortunately, I could not communicate much with his wife because I don’t speak her languages. But she was patient with me when I tried to talk to her and was very kind, too. She is a great cook and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with them. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend having at least (!!) one meal with them :) I am already thinking about coming back because I only got to spend 3 nights there.

Amazing! If you don’t stay here, you are missing out on a fantastic experience. Chris and Mona are incredible. such kind, generous and welcoming people. The meals they served us were so fresh and tasty, there are also lots of fun activities like snorkelling and fishing available here. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back again! Thank you Chris and Mona for everything.

Stella Maris is a very well maintained conduminium. Many plants and flowers and well kept grounds. Our villa Atùn was on a corner with a nice terrace with sea views and very close to the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

un endroit idéal et paisible pour se retirer du monde avec de bonnes lectures, ou jouer dans les vagues. Une villa en front de mer très propre, avec le bruit des vagues, une bonne literie. Des km de plage de sable fin sans personne, un restaurant sur place, ou les bons petits plats gambiens de Loja Bert que l'on peut emporter (15min a pied, à Morro), de la wifi (un peu aléatoire) et l'accueil sympathique de Claudio... que demander de plus ?!

We spent a week here and it was excellent. The house is basic but comfy. The property is very calm and since the studio is on a side path, not many people walk in front. The pool and it's view on the ocean and sunset is just breathtaking. The beach down a few stairs is super nice and easy sandy access to swim. When snorkeling you can spot some very nice fish and rock formation. The property is minutes away from the center, shops and food places. Make sure to try "Cha-cha Chicken" (location on G.maps, just 1 minute walk) and the tuna (atum) at the restaurant on the Fort José. The welcoming was great, the staff is very friendly. There was no welcome basket for us at arrival but it is not important. We got picked up at the port by someone with a Stella Maris sign (which is the name of the property). Pick up was fast and no issues there. Overall very nice stay and would recommend to anyone looking for peace, great swimming experiences and easy access to town.

A very nice house. Spacious, quiet. With airco, which is very nice in August. Wifi is good, I could do quite a bit of work. Kitchen is fully equipped but I didnt really cook in it. There is a good restaurant just around the corner, Benfica. Also, Quebra Kanela is within walking distance if it is not too hot outside. If you want to go to Plateau take a taxi. Aidil met me when I was on the main street nearby, and took me to her house. There she explained everything. Later she brought me papaya which I liked, it is one of my favorite fruits. Highly recommended!

La résidence est un peu excentrée mais apporte calme et tranquilité. Bonus: elle offre la possibilité d'observer de magnifiques sunset depuis la chambre privée et/ou le toit terrasse. Pour nous, partager un espace chez l'habitant, c'est s'offrir les meilleurs informations touristiques et s'enrichir de la culture de l'Autre avec un grand "A". Bref, un merveilleux séjour d'une semaine chez Elena et Tito (et leurs adorables enfants) où l'on s'est sentis comme en famille. ❤️

Fabuleux. Maison très agréable, Vue magnifique, la piscine est splendide et la plage privée au pied de la maison est absolument merveilleuse - à 10 mn à pieds de la plage du village - très sympathique avec ses petits bars- et 15 mn de la plage sauvage sublime de preta - l’accueil est très bien géré - L’équipe nous a aidés à prendre les billets de ferry - un lieu idéal pour se reposer dans la douceur de l’île de Maio.

Die Unterkunft von Andrea liegt sehr gut, da es zum nächsten Supermarkt wenige 100 m sind sowie zum Stadtstrand eine gute Viertelstunde zu Fuß. Das Haus ist liebevoll errichtet, der Garten sehr grün. Unter dem Baum kann man im Schatten wunderbar entspannen. Dazu lädt der Grill ein, abends Fisch und Gemüse zu braten. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea lief problemlos, es gab sehr gute Tipps und auf alle Fragen eine Antwort. Klare Empfehlung!

Patricia and her husband offer a magnificent house with the most beautiful view! The apartment offered everything we needed - a pool, quiet rooms, a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ and all support we could think of of Patricia and her staff. All in all: we had a wonderful stay in Maio, it is really an island to calm down, enjoy nature, sun and the sea. Thanks a lot!

Appartement super bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le petit plus est la piscine de l'immeuble 👍 Bien noter qu'il se trouve dans une zone résidentielle loin des animations du centre de Praia mais dans un quartier très calme. Isabel et son neveu Djanine ont été adorables et nous ont beaucoup conseillé et aidé à différentes reprises pour que notre séjour se déroule sans encombres !

Это прекрасный дом, с большой гостиной, полностью укомплектованной кухней, верандой, с видом на океан. В доме очень тихо, уютно, бассейн буквально за соседним домиком. От бассейна можно спуститься на маленький пляж. Большие отличные пляжи в 10 минутах прогулки. Рядом несколько магазинов, с хорошим ассортиментом продуктов. И главное: мы видели китов прямо с веранды нашего дома, это невероятно!

Très belle et grande maison, très confortable, avec une vue incroyable, une terrasse paisible et des chambres nickel. À proximité du centre, à pied. Un grand merci à Mirtes, notre hote, edy, le chauffeur et Vanusa, la cuisinière qui ont été vraiment aux petits soins pour nous. rien à dire. Merci beaucoup. petit bémol pour la pompe à eau extrêmement bruyante des qu on utilise de l eau. et pour la piscine qui mériterait un bon entretien. Nous conseillons.

Logement très agréable, bien placé et très propre sur la magnifique île de Maio. Nous sommes arrivés à 9h du matin et avons pu directement accéder au logement avec un transport inclus depuis le port. La piscine à débordement est très bien entretenue et permet de contempler parfaitement le couché de soleil. Un accès à une plage privée est également présent et permet une extrême tranquillité.

Me and my friends had a great time at this Airbnb home. It is very spacious, cozy and just meters from the beach. Elsemanual is very warm and friendly. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and address our needs. The roar of the ocean nearby helped make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a home away from home with a Cape Verdean cultural flair, I would highly recommend this place.

Luis was responsive and a great host. He managed our transport from airport to accommodation. The place was really good for that price. Spacious and clean flat.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce logement avant de reprendre l’avion. Nous souhaitons nous rapprocher de Praia sans y être complètement. Tout était comme indiqué sur la description et les commentaires d’anciens hôtes. On a seulement trouvé le village un peu tristou, peu animé mais nous avions une voiture donc très rapidement nous pouvions aller ailleurs. Nous recommandons ce logement si vous cherchez quelque chose de propre, de paisible et de pratique (restaurant au pied de l’appartement). Carlos qui nous a accueilli est très agréable et très disponible.

VERY NICE HOUSE!! FERDINAND was an amazing host - but does not live in Cabo Verde. Beautiful views from the house and terrace .. Very tastefully decorated ... BUT ... the Airbnb photo is misleading. there is NO beach in front of the house. Also no bottled water when arrive. the shower needs a LOT of improvement.

My mother and I were guests at Tété and her family's house for two weeks - with an island-hopping break in between. We actually wanted to stay in the separate flat on the ground floor. But as this was not possible, we stayed in the two guest rooms in the family home. And I have to say that looking back it was a great added value. By living with Tété and her family, we learnt and experienced a lot that would otherwise have remained hidden from us. Not just the discovery of our new culinary highlight: "bissap" (hibiscus flowers) as juice and jam for breakfast (delicious!) - if you want to get close to Cabo Verde, its people and its culture, Casa Tété with all its family members is the right place for you! Tété was very attentive and helpful the whole time and shared a lot of her extensive knowledge and experience with us. She is the engine, the heart and the soul of this Airbnb! Très joli logement . Chambres très grandes. Une bouteille d'eau était disponoble à notre arrivée, ce qui est appréciable car nous sommes arrivés vers 22h. Mirian nous a gentiment proposé un taxi pour venir nous chercher a l aeroport ce qui nous a fait plaisir vu notre arrivée tardive. Le seul défaut est l isolation phonique du logement mais cela ne nous a pas empecher de passer un trbon séjour. Merci Mirian
