The apartment’s highlight is its south-facing private terrace (approx. 10 m²) with spectacular views across the beach. From here you can see Tarifa Island all the way to the dunes of Punta Paloma — the perfect spot for breakfast in the sun, watching the kitesurfers, or relaxing with a drink while listening to the sea. The bright living room opens directly onto the terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor space filled with natural light and sea views. The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine, and the apartment also offers WiFi and Smart TV for your comfort. Additional features include an underground parking space (No. 33) and elevator access. Prices are based on 4 guests. A fifth guest (child) can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room for an additional charge, and can stay on the sofa bed for an additional €15 per night. Keyholding service: Available daily from 9:00 to 20:00. For key return or collection outside of these hours, a supplemental fee of €10 per hour applies after the office closes. Please note that key handover is not available after midnight.

Beautiful house on the beach. With private access to the promenade. Highly recommended for families with children. With a very cozy terrace and with very nice views of the beach and sunsets. Only allowed families and couples, not group of friends. The community is very quiet and is not allowed to make noise in the terrace after 22:00.
