Se encuentra en una parcela de 500m2. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de 2x2. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 0,80x2, convertible en cama doble de 1,60x2. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El salón-comedor es muy amplio. Tiene grandes cristaleras con acceso a su amplia terraza y piscina, tiene una gran luminosidad durante todo el día. Desde ahí mismo se pueden apreciar las vistas al mar, a la vez que unas increíbles puestas de sol.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Casa Tortuga con Jacuzzi

La casa consta de dos plantas. En la planta baja, encontrarás un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un baño completo, cocina totalmente equipada y un salón con TV. En la segunda planta, a la que se accede mediante escaleras, encontrarás tres dormitorios: dos de ellos con una cama individual cada uno y el tercero con una cama de matrimonio. Además, esta planta cuenta con un baño completo. La terraza privada cuenta con una zona cubierta con barbacoa y jacuzzi.
