Whitstable harbour is only a short walk along the seafront or there is an easy bus ride to historic Canterbury with a bus stop along the road. Whitstable is a beautiful town with lots of independent shops/cafes. Fantastic for art and creativity, I am a potter myself.

Waverley Cottage is opposite a friendly, historic pub that sometimes has live music and tables outside, so may disturb children at night. PLEASE NOTE there is free street parking but no driveway.
