Recommended banget. Unitnya bersih, nyaman dan fasilitas unitnya lengkap plus plus. Fasilitas towernya juga lengkap, ada gym & kolam renang. Hostnya komunikatif dan super baik. Suasana liburan tapi berasa kayak di rumah. Lokasinya strategis. Ke pasar modern, tinggal nyebrang jalan. Transpark mall tinggal turun lift. Mau ke Xchange mall juga deket banget. Will definitely coming back here :)

This is not the first time I rented a unit in MTown Residence and I like it there as always. And now I'll be adding Ms. Maya's unit on my list of favorites there. Cheap, simple, yet very comfortable. The things you need are complete as well. Ms. Maya and her husband were very accommodating. :)

Everything else was amazing! clean and comfy but the blanket its a single for 2 guest, it was way too small for even 2 girls to share with. And would be great if they provide parking space considering the location, parking is absolutely needed! Overall, great stay!

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Sangat bagus dan nyaman

I rented Kevin's AirBnB for my partner and in-laws (total 3 pax) travelling from overseas. Kevin's place is great value for money - bedrooms, living space and amenities were spot on. I honestly would have 5-starred every single component of the AirBnB criteria. However, due to no fault of Kevin's, the previous guest (just before us) checked out extremely late (beyond the supposed 12pm), resulting in the Cleaner having to do an extremely rushed clean to prepare the place for us. We had to wait till 4pm+ (check-in time was 3pm). In the midst of this inconvenience, we have to commend Kevin for his 5-star response to the entire situation - he was very contactable throughout the whole ordeal, patiently hearing us out, offering additional cleaning, and self-initiated some compensation. All in all, will totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in Tangerang, and close enough to travel to Jakarta.

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

i'm satisfied with the room it's clean and cozy. the access to get inside is very easy and also lots of street food options nearby pasar modern within walkable distance from apartment. however the access to gym and swimming pool is quite far away and hard to find (need to access emergency stairs). aside from that i'm really satisfied

The place is very comfortable! If I had known that it is that comfortable, i’d be staying there for some more nights. Definitely will come back and stay again. Langit also very responsive and nice, I really appreciate his initiative on everything!

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

depends on what you're looking for, but for the price you'll get an entire tiny hom in a very nice neighborhood and a great jumping point to explore serpong/BSD area.

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
