This place is amazing! just like the pictures and description of the apartment. The apartment is presented very clean, its spacious and has a very comfortable home feeling. The hosts are very pro active, friendly, and helpful and no question is too hard. The building has security downstairs and there are some surrounding cafes and stores in walking distance. For other locations it's just a grab or bike away, and it's very cheap to get around, it's hassel free. Next door is La vela hotel with roof top swimming pool, you just buy a ticket if you wish to visit it. It's totally worth it. The apartment is located away also from the hard bussel so you can get a good night's rest. Highly recommend apartment and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book again!

Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Das moderne Hochhaus, in dem die Wohnung ist, liegt in einem nobleren trotzdem lebhaften Viertel von Saigon. Es gibt viel grün, einen großen Park direkt am Saigoner Fluss. Restaurants, Banken, ein grosses Einkaufzentrum, rund-um-die-Uhr geöffnete Supermärkte. Alles liegt in fussläufiger Distanz. Die Metrostation "Van Thanh" ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Positiv ist auch, der Gastgeber der Wohnung reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachfragen.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement super agréable en pleins coeur d’Ho Chi Minh! On à aimé ce quartier un peu loin des touristes. Et parfait pour faire du télétravail.

Clean and spacious apartment. Everything was good but the only odd is that I didn’t realize I’ll have to pay for parking per hours so prepare for 240k vnd/day if you arrive with a car.

Very friendly host

In the heart of Japanese Old Quarter, tucked away at the back so can easily get a good nights sleep. Quyen was very good at communicating and very quick to respond to any help I needed. Great bed, the only issues was the shower as construction was nearby on a couple of days but apart from that no complaints. For a male solo traveller be prepared for all the karaoke and masseuse parlour girls below, but most of you would love the attention anyway. Many affordable great locations all around HCM city but this is definitely a nice stay. Only a 10 min grab away from HCM Bui Vien street which is also very cheap. Thanks again
