Hi! I am Hema, your host! Welcome to my 45+-year-old family home, perfectly positioned on a bustling main road in the heart of J P Nagar, South Bangalore. The house, a spacious 1BHK on the first floor, is ideal for WFHers, business and leisure travellers, and is surrounded by high-end shops, malls, cafés, bars, restaurants and cultural venues. Served by both the Green and Yellow metro lines, you have quick access to the CBD, Electronic City, and neighborhoods like Jayanagar, Koramangala and HSR.

ECONUT FARMHOUSE

ECONUT FARMHOUSE Econut farmhouse is located on the Palani to Kodaikanal road, about 16 km before you reach Kodaikanal town. The farmhouse is conveniently located next to the road, yet hidden from view and private. It is in a quiet area with very few houses around, and in the midst of an organic farm. There is a panoramic view of the valley below, with the plains visible for about 200 km, on clear days. Our caretaker couple will attend to all your needs, including preparation of meals.

At an altitude of 3300 feet, Semni Escape at Semni Valley at Vagamon in Idukki district is a serene serviced plantation bungalow. Lush tea gardens, rolling mountains and drifting mists surround this classical bungalow that boasts of twin bedrooms, a terrace sitout, cozy fireplace and a KL style gourmet kitchen. Facilities include those for trekking and cycling through the tea and spice gardens. Though loud night rave parties are not allowed, we do allow responsible get together with drinks.

Step back in time at Verdant Heritage Bungalow. This charming colonial bungalow sits in the heart of Fort Kochi. You'll have the entire, private upper floor to yourself, complete with a luxurious master bedroom with AC, a cool spare bedroom (also with AC), and a breezy balcony. If the lone bathroom is insufficient, feel free to use the ground floor bath room. Explore all the nearby sights on foot as they are just a stroll away. We don't live here but just a quick 15-minute call away.

Sara River View is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Kothanalloor town in Kottayam . This tranquil retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and is set on a sprawling acre of land. The lounge can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, while the large dining area is furnished with a 12-seat dining table. The villa’s peaceful ambiance is enhanced by a natural pond suitable for fishing and streams that flow along both sides of the property, making it a perfect escape for relaxation.
