I agree with the other reviewers—the photos don’t do justice to how truly stunning this place is. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The garden is a little paradise, with hummingbirds and other wildlife visiting daily. It’s just a short walk to mototaxis that can take you into town. The local people are incredibly kind and generous, always ready to help. Fabiola was warm, welcoming, and always available to answer questions or offer suggestions. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely magical place. The trot to get to and from the villa was an adventure within itself. We will remember those views forever. Ariana, thank you and the workers for all of your help!

The Casa Raices was a dream location for our time in the sacred valley! We treated ourselves by making a fire and watching the stars above as we made ourselves at home here. Maud was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for a clean transition into her home, and even went above and beyond in providing us with a pdf showing us recommended spots to enjoy while we were there. Thank you for such incredibly hospitality, Maud!

what an amazing home in an absolutely peaceful town. yucay is now one of my favorite spots. its so refreshing being in a community where everyone is friendly, welcoming, and deeply connected to their agricultural history. sofi's house immediately feels like home, and adjusting to the pace in yucay happened almost instantly. great climate. great backyard to walk barefoot in the grass. awesome spot for a campfire. def a must stay.

El lugar nos encantó, super limpio ordenado, tenía todo lo necesario y más. El acceso es un poco complicado sino conoces el lugar pero la ayuda del encargado fue buena. Vistas maravillosas y el ambiente simplemente mágico.

Una estadía súper tranquila, el amigo Kenyi súper amable y atento. Lo recomiendo definitivamente y si vuelvo a la ciudad de puerto volvería a alojarme allí.

I booked this apartment for a 3-month stay and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient—everything you need is within walking distance, including markets, restaurants, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very homey. It gets plenty of natural light and comes fully equipped with everything you might need for both short and long stays. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint about the apartment itself. One thing to note: the apartment is located on a busy street, so there can be some noise from traffic and honking during the day. Juanma, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond by offering me another one of his apartments at no extra cost, allowing me to stay an additional two months. I’m genuinely grateful for his generosity and support. I highly recommend both this apartment and Juanma as a host. My experience was nothing short of excellent, and I would absolutely book with him again

Johuel is a wonderful host. He was very responsive with everything we needed. He even changed our towels and sheets during our one-week stay, which I found very thoughtful and impressively clean. He also let us store our bags for an afternoon after we checked out. One important thing to know is that the apartment is not soundproof; it’s in a complex where you can consistently hear other residents in their living spaces and showers. It was not a huge problem for us, but it was unexpected. Generally, the apartment was perfect, and I was very impressed by how clean and well-prepared it was. The shower was very hot and all cooking necessities were provided. Right behind the apartment is a beautiful trail through farmland up to the mountains. We suggest this home for people coming to explore the Sacred Valley. It is VERY easy to get to and from Urubamba and every town in the Sacred Valley. We would definitely stay here again! We loved our time in Urubamba! The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s well located in the Sacred Valley, making it a great base for nearby sites. Self check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was very proactive and flexible throughout our stay, which we really appreciated! :) Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Fue muy amable, super hospitalaria desde que nos dio la bienvenida hasta que nos despidió. Siempre respondió a nuestras inquietudes y solicitudes con rapidez. El lugar muy acogedor y tranquilo. Camas cómodas y con bastantes frazadas para el frío. El lugar estaba frente a una pequeña plaza, linda vista. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí. Gracias Cintya, muchos éxitos.

I don’t think you will find a nicer place in Urubamba. The decor was beautiful, it had hot water and everything you need for a perfect stay. The host was helpful and left a manual with local suggestions. You are right in the middle of everything- stores, markets and restaurants. I highly recommend. One caution though - I am a 5’10, plus size woman (size 16) and i just fit in the bathroom. The opening for the shower is about 12 inches. if you are a bigger person, be warned. Otherwise, this is 100% the place for you.

The apartment was perfect for us. The bed and furniture were comfortable, there was very hot water, the tub was a luxury, the view of the mountains was beautiful, and the apartment has lots of natural light. Aderly made sure that we had all the information we needed, recommended nearby restaurants, and even arranged a transfer to pick us up when we checked out. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but the kitchen was well stocked and had we wanted to, we would have easily been able to cook meals. It was also really nice to have a washing machine to use.

I love this airbnb and location so much that i extended stay and didn’t even stay in Cuzco. The host was responsive and very accommodating! Book now! It’s worth the travel from Cuzco (ride the colectivo bus to urubamba for 6 soles!!) Sacred Valley is so worth the visit. It’s magical!
