Our Beachfront Villa

Relax at our peaceful beachfront house on the ocean in Playa San Diego. Our house is a well equipped 3-bedroom ranch with a large living/dining area and outdoor patio overlooking the playa. Outside is a beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees, a large pool, a covered patio and a mirador to give you a birds-eye view of the beach. From here you can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, listen to the surf and see surfers, fisherman and wildlife all from the comfort of a covered mirador.

This is an ideal beach house if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet relaxing time away from the bustle of the city. This beachfront house, located less than two hours from the El Salvador International Airport, is on a quiet beach where you can enjoy a variety of freshly caught seafood, and hike on a mountainside. Your hammock in the shade, or a sun-denched poolside lounge chair awaits. NO SINGLE NIGHT RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A MINIMUM RESERVATION OF TWO NIGHTS IS REQUIRED.

Las Mañanitas is a newly constructed beach villa overlooking the sunrises and the coastal line of the Pacific Ocean. The villa's three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, with an amazing view to the ocean. Living room, dining room and kitchenette all within the same living area, with frontal view to amazing infinity pool. The villa is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. It has direct access to the private beach.

Zonterini - beachfront private house in El Zonte

This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.

Oceanfront, large covered terraces. All bedrooms include AC IS FOR NIGHT TIME ONLY. Daily cleaning service of common areas. Bedrooms are cleaned every 3 days for stays longer than one week. Included a cook to prepare breakfasts/lunch or lunch/dinner, staffs works 8 HOURS PER DAY. GUEST MUST PROVIDE GROCERIES, paper towels, napkins, spices all essentials for cooking ICE, LAUNDRY AND BOTTLED WATER NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
