Step into a one-of-a-kind stay at The Boyd House, a beautifully renovated mid-century gem tucked into a peaceful Terrell neighborhood. Built in 1950, this home still carries the character of its Baby Boomer-era roots while offering all the modern touches you love. Centrally placed at 106 Oak Dr in Terrell, you’ll be privy to all Terrell offers in food and entertainment. It's a quick drive to Canton’s world-famous First Monday Trade Days, Dallas nightlife, charming Forney, and lakeside Rockwall.

Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!
