The place was incredibly clean! The couch is comfortable, the blankets were soft & the pillows were wonderful. The lighting in the bedroom was very nice with all the morning sunlight coming in. Overall, the unit gets great natural light from all of the windows! Parking was easy & always available in the back. The neighborhood is very pretty - with nice homes, landscaping and trees. The location was also really nice - being a short walk to the beltline. It was also a short drive to places like: Evergreen Market & Butcher (great pastries & meatballs), the Georgia Aquarium, & Atlanta Botanic Garden! It was a great stay and I would definitely book again if in the area! ⭐️ One thing to note though was that there does seem to be some college aged students who stay up at night in the neighborhood/talking/playing music on the weekend. It wasn’t too loud though & my boyfriend & I were easily able to fall asleep still, but something to know for anyone who may be noise sensitive!

Well stocked, clean and super nice.

We enjoyed ourselves. The cottage is cute and is as described in the listing. Just a heads up for anyone else interested, the place is down a narrow dirt road that must've been washed out from the hurricane cuz it's a little rough. It's not hard to drive down, but there is a spot about 50 feet long where the center of the road is high, and if you have a small car, your undercarriage will definitely scrape. We came in a rented minivan tho and it made it down the road just fine. My only two issues was 1) They didn't clean the leaves off of the the front and back back porch. They were covered in a ton of leaves and they had def been there for a while since the trees didn't have any leaves on them. They didn't have a broom in the house, so I bought one and swept it for them. 2) There were 6 of us staying there for a week and they only had one towel for each of us. It would have been nice to have 2 per person since they have a washer machine, but no laundry detergent was provided.

Loved our stay. Beautiful views, great property, and a wonderful place to disconnect. The only thing we had an issue with was the firmness of our bed. We slept on the upstairs bed which is a firm memory foam (I think) which wasn't the most ideal for us. I know many others have expressed a preference for this, though, so this may be an irrelevant point depending on your sleeping preference.

Our stay at Brad’s place was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy — we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The view from the deck was nothing short of breathtaking, especially in the mornings when the clouds rolled through the mountains. It was the perfect peaceful getaway we were hoping for. Brad was also a great host — super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature. Hope to return soon!

This was my birthday get away and I loved the privacy. It was just like I had been it on social media.The most exciting art was they had birthday surprise awaiting my arrival per girlfriends request.We were a little scared as night fell because we were two women but I brought plenty of protection.The second night were more comfortable lol.The host was expecting and quick to answer any questions we had. It was nicely decorated. I had been wanting to come here for a minute.I did feel like it was kind of pricey for a non holiday and during the week stay.Ihave already recommended it to several people. Thanks for an wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Chris’s place. The house was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. Everyone raved about the accommodations and the style of the home—everything from the decor to the furniture was so well done. The pool area was relaxing, and it was an easy walk to the dock, making meeting our boat each day really convenient. It was such a great price for the incredible quality. The location was quiet and peaceful, and Chris was a great host who made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time at this adorable cabin, we had three families who came from all different areas and this was the perfect spot for our families to spend quality time together! The husbands really enjoyed the fire pit and hanging out on the deck. The moms loved how spacious it was so the kids could run around and play together. The neighborhood is also very private so you don’t have to worry about cars passing through. Outside was beautiful, the scenery is so peaceful. There was plenty of privacy for each family on all 3 floors, we never felt on top of each other or crowded. The town Helen is about 16 minutes away and has a very unique look and feel to it. There were so many neat shops that sold souvenirs, candies, and fun experiences. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This place was so cozy and convenient to the Interstate. The host was very receptive and attentive to any requests that I may have had.
