Sunshine Cottage (close to downtown Clayton, GA)

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Nestled in the woods, yet minutes to historic downtown Clayton! House is cute, quaint, & comfy! This is Not a tiny home. Sleeps four. We have a large deck and a fire pit. I love to sit outside with coffee in the morning to hear the birds sing and at night to watch the stars! Free WIFI for streaming on Smart TV. I offer Free Amazon Prime. The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Welcome to Grandma's House

My place is close to Smoky Mountains, Helen, Tallulah Gorge, waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain lakes, hour from Atlanta, parks, great views, restaurants, art and culture. World class trout fishing just 20 minutes away, where I caught my 10 lb., 26" one! I welcome couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Popular hiking trails and waterfalls are just 3 miles away. Handicapped accessible, including shower. TV with dozens of DVD movies, no cable or satellite.

Waterfall Views, Lake Hartwell, Highland Architect

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 no pets, pet fee will be applied for service dogs and only upon review. 25 mins to Highlands!

The Hickory House-next to Piedmont University

Great location for visiting Piedmont University. You can see the Soccer/Lacrosse field from the front yard and walk to campus. Great for attending games/visiting your student. A central location to visit Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton, Helen, Cleveland, Wineries, Waterfall hikes, and the AT. It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing/chilling by the fire pit.
