I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents (who are separated) to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find an Airbnb in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. If the listing is available, my family isn't in town, and so this beautiful condo is available to use!

This is an entire house, minus one bedroom/bathroom that’s rented separately. It has no access inside. Two different private front doors. No shared spaces. You will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms to yourself. Please be courteous & respectful of noise at front door and living room. Security- fully fenced property with large gate, ADT, security camera system, ext. floodlights 2 Acropolis king bed sets, nectar hybrids, silk sheets, Dyson air purifiers

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place! Condo is right across from Doak Campbell Stadium. Recent renovation of entire unit! Walk to the stadium, IM fields, baseball fields, tennis courts, soccer fields, the FSU circus, and campus. Walk to College Town with all the bars and restaurants in one spot! TV has Roku where you can log into any of your personal favorite streaming accounts. This is a gated complex and occupant will have one assigned parking space during their stay.

Twisted Pine Lake Cabin, secluded & near town

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

An eclectic home away from home. Diverse ideas and style from a broad range of sources and millennia. If you thrive on creativity, diversity and a bit of thought provoking conversation , you may love this house. This is not the Holiday Inn. Expect the unexpected. Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Wood floors, central AC/heat, 1/2 bath, queen bed with new mattress, fridge, Krueig, microwave, WIFI, TV, closet space, ROBES FOR PRIVATE OUTDOOR WATER-HEATED SHOWER and towels. Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. Go Noles!
