Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce à la gentillesse et à la générosité de nos hôtes. Malgré la barrière de la langue (nous sommes français), nous avons bien communiqué et avons pu échanger de façon conviviale. L'endroit est très paisible, avec un magnifique jardin. Nous avons reçu tellement de belles attentions, et en sommes très reconnaissants. Merci beaucoup pour ces moments de partage hors du temps et si précieux pour nous. Je recommande à quiconque souhaite découvrir cet endroit !

I had a wonderful stay at Vahagn's cozy apartment in this peaceful village, not far from Yerevan. The apartment itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Vahagn was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring that I felt right at home. Attractions like Hovhannavank, Saghmosavank, and the Armenian Alphabet Park are nearby. And getting to Yerevan was convenient, with a bus and marshrutka stop a manageable walk away. I highly recommend Vahagn's place for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

What I loved: Nice, clean and cozy house and garden. Spacious. Good and clean pool on-site. Has a huge table suitable for seating many guests. Good parking space for 1-2 cars. Good furniture. What could be improved: Gets hot inside, one A/C unit isn't enough. BBQ area has no cover from sun and no tables or chairs. No washing machine for the dishes. TV is very small. Overall: Good place for one-day events like celebrating a birthday. I enjoyed my stay and the overall experience was pleasant. Thank you.

Апартаменты в пятиэтажном многоквартирном доме, дом в деловой части города, нам именно это и надо было,так как приезжали по делам.

Фамильная вилла в потрясающей локации! На территории есть фруктовый сад, за которым прекрасно ухаживают, бассейн и сауна. Также в паре минут ходьбы расположен древний монастырь, в который водят экскурсии. Точно стоит посетить. Это отличное место, чтобы провести ваши выходные в Армении:)

Расположен рядом с аэропортом 4-6 минут на машине,можно заранее договориться о трансфере,хозяин всё организовал. Апартаменты соответствуют фотографиям,везде очень чисто и красиво,все новое,все есть для приготовления еды,можно заказать на вынос. На любую нашу просьбу хозяин реагировал незамедлительно,один из немногих,где мы были. В шаговой доступности есть 2 небольших магазинчика, чуть дальше 12 минутах магазин Карфур . Это место особенно подходит кто путешествует трансфер,близко к аэропорту,но я думаю до центра минут 20 на транспорте. Спасибо большое, мы обязательно вернемся!!!

The 3 nights I spent here was absolutely fine in every way. Well equipped kitchen with stovetop, kettle, microwave, an extremely handy washing machine, as well as a nice selection of tea bags and coffee sachets. I couldn't fault the shower and toilet? And the living space is well sized with TV that has international channels, an extremely comfy double bed, big wardrobe, and a nice L shaped dining area. Vahe as a host is very responsive! You could call or message him throughout the day during your time in the city if needed. He even booked me a Yan-dex taxi from the airport due to my phone not being able to accept the app? Top host, lovely apartment, very well located!
