We had a great time staying in this Airbnb, the balcony comes with amazing view, the host was friendly and fast response when you need something or when you complain she take action quickly. The internet is fantastic fast 😀 I highly recommend plus the location is good as well 🤠

Such a nice place to stay; it’s aesthetically pleasing and they almost have everything you would need. Very clean linens too. We really enjoyed our stay. Just make sure to close the windows to prevent the mosquitoes from going inside. All in all it was 100000/10.

Micah, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay seamless from start to finish. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy living area with natural light and the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone looking for resort-style living, and a great ocean view!!

We had quite an adventure getting there late night via Grab App, but Mark was extremely helpful once we called him. Apparently he himself offers airport pickup, which we would heartily recommend! Once inside the gate, the place was safe, immaculate, and exactly as described. Mark also showed us some of the local spots, and was able to find excellent local deals! We'd definitely stay again!

Everything was great about this place. There is a 7-Eleven close by and also D&A Food Outlet restaurant that delivers free to all the buildings nearby. Access to great swimming pools and basketball court. The parking is first come first serve in front of the building however it’s nice outside most days so having to walk a little bit to the visitor parking no problem. Don’t hesitate to book this place. I’ll be back again. This is my third time.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy Bali-inspired retreat! The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed—perfect for our son’s birthday celebration with family and friends. Every corner of the place felt like a little escape, and the attention to detail made it truly special. Thank you for making our celebration even more memorable. 🥰

Great location easy access to everything - beach, restaurants, gym, grocery and pharmacy. The room was well-equipped with toiletries and drinking water, and since we stayed for a couple of weeks, Rochie thoughtfully arranged for regular replenishments. She was incredibly accommodating and quick to address any concerns we had. Her hospitality really made us feel at home.

isla villa 1のレビュー 👇👇👇 とても素晴らしかったです！室内は広々として、キッチンや寝室なども綺麗で使いやすかったです。そして、なんと言ってもプールが楽しかったです。部屋から簡単にアクセスできて、それでいて部屋とは明確に分かれていたので、部屋が濡れたりせず、快適でした。また、管理人さんの対応がとても丁寧でした。急なお願い（「蟻が出たので、虫除けが欲しい」「BBQがしたいので、炭や着火剤を買ってきて欲しい」など）にも素早く対応してくれました。マルチキャブ（貸切ジプニー）の手配をお願いしたところ、到着時間も正確で、スムーズに移動できました（移動はマクタン島内限定でした）。移動先では、「●時に同じ場所でピックアップしてください」と頼むと、これも正確な時間に来てくれました。あえて難点を挙げるとすると、・３つあるうちのトイレの１つが詰まったこと・洗濯機などの家電の使い方が難しいこと・長期滞在だとタオルが不足しがちなこと・食べ物のゴミなどを置いておくと、蟻が集まってくることなどがありますが、どれも許容できることや、管理人さんにお願いすることで解決する範囲だと思います。周辺は、喧騒からは離れていて安全に散策でき、敷地の外へ少し歩けばセイブモア（小さめのスーパー）があり、両替もできました。そんな立地も含め、とても快適で楽しい数日間を過ごせました。 isla villa 1のオーナーさん、管理人さん、ならびに関係者のみなさん、ありがとうございました！興味を持たれた方、おすすめします！

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

We had an amazing time at Maam Djamila’s place! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the quiet ambiance made it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Djamila and her husband were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Also, very very thankful for granting our urgent requests and letting my brother checked in earlier than the check-in time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu. I would definitely stay here again!

I only stayed for 9 hours as i had a flight to catch. But Very proactive and responsive host, Cherry gave clear instructions for check in. The place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was great. She reached out if i needed anything and i had forgotten shampoo and soap and she was able to accommodate. Highly recommend their place, short or long term stay!

we stayed only 1 night but we really enjoyed the place. unfortunately the pool wasn't available for the Monday maintenance but we knew it already, so no problem. Great place, great position, clean and Cosy. highly recommended

Thank you for the great stay. We were very satisfied with everything and can only recommend the condo. The location was close to the market. The area was very well guarded with very friendly security. The gym is still under construction but when we come back we will use it too. Glendale is always very friendly and always available to answer questions within a very short time. We will be very happy to spend our next stay there again.
