Great apartment, walking distance to anything one would need during their stay in Almaty , very responsive host , I had a very unusual check in time , and the host was very accommodating and made everything possible, would highly recommend this place

Why I love Zinat’s airbnb: It’s near to the ‘tourist’ shopping area but not directly on top of them. Extremely walkable. There are two mini markets very nearby and a large supermarket nearby There are two amazing bakeries just next door. There is an excellent restaurant just across the road The place is well equipped with a washing machine, cooking facilities, large fridge. Zinat is super responsive. I get replies to admin matters amazingly fast. She speaks English! (Which is a big deal lol) Check in is so automated - she gives detailed instructions how to let myself in (don’t get me wrong; the place is well secured) Green bazaar and Lotte Rakhat is 2 streets away. Panfilov Guardsmen Park is 1km away. The neighbourhood is quiet and serene. For the active, there’s a really nice gym about 1km away that is friendly to per entry use, and a boxing gym 200m away. I have fallen in love with Kazakhstan…

Very comfortable stay. the place was very clean and tidy with up-to date equipments. It was very easy to get in to the place and the apartment was at a great location . Daniyar was very kind to communicate with me on what’s app whenever I missed seeing his messages on the airbnb app. Would highly recommend this place

Lovely apartment in a location that was familiar to me and with plenty restaurants, bars and shops within a walkable distance.

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Raikan is one of the best airbnb hosts. She goes above and beyond a host would normally do. She was extremely helpful, she even helped us with our groceries and ordering food, better than our tour guide. It would be to any tourists great advantage to be hosted by her. Thank you Raikan, you made our stay easier. ❤️

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.

Good location with lots of magazins and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Mega Almaty. Apartment is Cosy and clean and Yelena was very helpful throughout the stay. Thank you for hosting!
