There is a seperate sleeping pod with a Queen size bed 2 metres from main dwelling for an extra 2 guests. Amazing second Hot outdoor shower under the trees.

We are situated about a 10 min drive to beginning of northern end of Abel Tasman Nat Park. Continental Breakfast which includes cereals, fresh fruit,bread,milk and spreads. We have two rooms available, both of which you will have to yourselves on booking. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other in the main area has a King size bed. Also separate laundry/toilet/shower area. Private entry and completely private to our upstairs dwelling. We are also a very quiet household so keep that in mind

Ben linen provided as well as one bath towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels. Just a heads up that we provide hand soap for guest use, but for reasons of hygiene and personal preference please bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Te Kakau is a three bedroom house located in Takaka five minutes walk to the Village. All the amenities are close but you feel quiet and rural. We are very happy to negotiate long term stays. We have put a lot of thought into what guests need to enjoy their stay and feel that the house is well equipped and comfortable. Dogs are welcome for a small extra fee.
