完全能感受到是由老房子重新整理而成的民宿，都是半層樓就有一間房間，乾淨整潔算不錯，記得房間要關門，避免逛街的貓咪進入到房間，洗澡水壓溫度算穩定，有回到阿嬤家洗澡的感覺 貓咪四處遊走，但也基本不理人，要睡覺時，食物記得整理乾淨，避免貓咪誤食生病。 缺點是睡覺的床略顯老舊，某幾間床還沒躺下已經明顯看出凹陷。其餘以性價比來說真不錯。 有遊戲室，對於有很多小孩的朋友出遊，大人可以在客廳打麻將、打電動、看電視，小孩可以在遊戲室玩到瘋。 附近有忠孝夜市，偏向買宵夜為主。有麥當勞，早餐方便。 退房時間到後，可以暫時寄放行李。 開車附近除了有停車場外，路邊也不少免費停車位，稍微繞繞即可找到

謝謝房東大大的幫忙，中間訂房自己出了一點小trouble ，房東很快的幫忙處理，真心推薦這家，CP值真的很高。

朋友包棟聚會，夏日晚風輕拂在陽台喝酒聊天非常舒服，但怕聲音太大聲吵到鄰居。 房間乾淨舒適、設備齊全、風格特殊，三天兩夜倍感舒適。

At Davids place you shouldn't expect luxury in any way but the hospitality is amazing and you will have great experiences and memories from your unique stay with David.

Our whole family of four stayed here for summer vacation and we were so glad to stay here. It’s a good size condo for 4 of us. The bathrooms are newly renovated. Great location where it’s just step away from the famous 737 food alley, also short walking distance to Metro station. Every room has AC which is a big relief in summer. There are washer and dryer. Will definitely stay here again next time.

坐高铁购物很方便

We love the place, definitely what we needed for a night in Kaohsiung. Love the design and the view. Master bed is comfortable. Chuck is very responsive during booking until check out. 100 % will return if we are back in Kaohsiung again.

こちらの宿に両親と一緒に6泊しましたが、両親は大満足でした。オーナーのMIGOさんはとても親切で、私たちはチェックイン時間よりかなり早く到着したのですが、荷物を置かせてもらえるようお願いしたところ、快く対応してくださり、家を使わせていただきました。滞在中に必要なアメニティや飲料水も十分に用意してくださり、とても助かりました。 眺めは本当に素晴らしく、さらに立地も非常に便利で、多くの観光スポットにアクセスしやすい場所にあります。また、家から国際空港までもたった10分で行けたのは驚きでした。両親にとっても「最高の場所」と言える宿でした。 I stayed at this property with my parents for six nights, and they were absolutely delighted. The owner, MIGO, was incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could just leave our luggage, but she communicated with us smoothly and allowed us to use the house. She also provided plenty of amenities and drinking water, which covered us perfectly for the duration of our stay. The view was truly magnificent, and the location was extremely convenient, offering easy access to many tourist attractions. Additionally, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the international airport from the house, which was amazing. According to my parents, this was “the best place”.

有機會會再入住

Lisa was a very good host. She was helpful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We had hot water problems on the first night, but she came right over to fix them. Overall, we had a very good experience staying at her place. I highly recommend her place.
