We had an amazing 3‑night getaway at Maxwell’s charming property in Summertown to celebrate our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. The hot weather was perfect for taking full advantage of the fantastic pool, and we loved dining al fresco every night—watching the sunset and the full moon rise added an extra touch of magic to our evenings. Although there’s plenty to explore in the Adelaide Hills, we chose to relax on the property and enjoy all the facilities, including the new sauna (a delightful bonus, even if we weren’t quite sure of the protocol!). Maxwell was a fantastic host—always communicative and even arranged a private dinner from the owners of Marshi’s Kitchen, a local Sri Lankan restaurant that was simply divine. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing retreat.

Such a beautiful place for our family girls trip! Sipping a drink from the deck whilst watching the kids play happily in the pool was exactly what these 2 single mums needed. The Pool House cinema was the best way for us to spend our nights. Tava's communication little touches made this trip so special for us. Memories made. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The most amazing sunsets and nice quiet part of the river for the kids to explore. Thanks so much for having us, we already want to come back.

A lovely property set in a beautiful and tranquil surroundings. Communication was excellent and we felt right at home. The kids loved the indoor pool which was a distinct plus. Food options were a little limited in the area but available close by. Definitely a property that we would return to stay at and do some further exploring in a beautiful part of Adelaide.

Our wedding party stayed at Three Hills the night before our wedding. The hosts were so responsive and helpful, with lots of thoughtful gifts and supplies for us throughout the house. Lynn and Stefan were super helpful when one of our group accidentally locked themselves out and got the house open for them in no time. The house was immaculate, with lots of natural light and space. It was perfect for getting wedding ready and the views offered great photo locations. it was an incredible space and we will definitely be returning for future visits.

Spent a few days over Easter weekend. Nice spacious place, lots of things to keep busy with a game of pool, cards etc indoors, the pool was on the chilly side as it’s not heated. Thank you for the Easter eggs was a nice gift.

Many places to stay on the river however this one has a pool which was great for the family instead of sitting on the river bank the whole time.

Stayed here with my family and friends to celebrate my birthday weekend. The property is stunning and staying there is an experience in itself. Everyone felt at home. Amenities were great. We enjoyed the opening open plan living which made cooking meals for a big group sociable. Would definitely stay here again. It was a quite cold as it is in May, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor dining. I am sure that would be a great treat! Thanks Kathy and Shaun for hosting us.

Rachel’s house was fantastic for a family get away. We had a lot of room for privacy but also so many great spaces to hang out together. We loved kayaking in the river and relaxing on the grass by the water and fishing. We also loved playing darts and table tennis and the provided dvds. We found the house to be perfectly clean and had some little extra comforts like coffee pods. Lots of towels and toilet paper supplied. So much space. We would have loved to have used the fire but didn’t get to this time. We would absolutely recommend this holiday home and had a great time!

Beautiful location with easy access to the river frontage and private dock for the boat. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and was like a home away from home. Excellent instructions on where to find things or how to use them. Internet was a bit hit and miss but it forced us all to get off the electronics so it was great! A stunning home in a perfect location! Stunning views! Great to have tennis and table tennis for the kids! Hosts were so helpful and responsive. Very comfy beds (big beds as well) and big, well equipped kitchen. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again! Thank you Zac and family for an amazing holiday!

We loved our stay at Beyond Beach House. The accommodation was just lovely, very comfortable & set up well for family members of all ages . The area was great & it was just a short little walk to the beach. We would happily return to this beautiful place.

Perfect beachfront location. Spacious home. Ideal for a family get away. We enjoyed the board games available and appreciated the boogie boards, meaning we didn’t need to pack our own. Loved the beautiful views from the house and being able to hear the ocean.

We had a lovely stay with our kids! There were ample amenities, so it was easy to feel comfortable. The beach was nice and close so we made the most of a few body boards available at the house, which made for a very memorable trip- thank you! The garden was bustling with flowers and birds, making for beautiful mornings with a cup of tea. Would highly recommend, this area has a lot of charm and things to do, whether a minute away or 30mins away!

We enjoyed a peaceful 4 days at Dune Stay. The home was as described and had all amenities provided for use. The communication with the host was very responsive. A lovely comfortable home and we would definitely stay again. I highly recommend a stay at Dune Stay.

Esther has been a great host and very accommodating to our requests. The place is very near to our favorite cafe “Kuti Shack” and the beach and we love all the artworks in the property. We also love the nice big back yard which is perfect for bringing pet.

Was a perfect spot for a relaxing family weekend away. The house was well equipped with games and water equipment which the kids loved! Even caught a Brim! Inclusions and exclusions were well advised and our stay was extremely comfortable.

Can highly recommend, Andrew and Heather were amazing hosts who went over and above in every aspect of travelling away from your home. Their home is so beautiful and stunningly located on the Golf course. Morning and evenings were spent on the deck listening and watching the birds along with golf enthusiasts hitting the ball. So peaceful and relaxing. It had everything imaginable and a well stocked pantry if required. Beds extremely comfortable with beautiful linen. We enjoyed a walk to Bombora Cafe for lunch and continued onto the Distillery and Cafe at Gallery. A perfect day out and a gentle walk in and back along the water. A 5m walk each morning to the beautiful Goolwa Beach, Cafe and Surf Club. Safe to say we all wanted to move in, we will be back ☺️

An amazing weekend away in Wellington. The Jetty and river view is just awesome. So many Carp were caught off of the Jetty by our husbands that led to many Pelican's coming up to the bank in front of us to eat them - just amazing! Loved the lighting and private cover near the Jetty also. House is very lovely and comfortable with the kitchen catering to needs. We will defiantly be returning to this beautiful spot.

We had a wonderful stay. The host Amanda was excellent at communicating and would respond very quickly to messages. The house had the perfect outlook over the river which was so relaxing. With a boat ramp a few houses down it made it easy to put in the boat and we were able to tie the boat up to their jetty. The kids enjoyed the pool table downstairs. All the neighbours were very friendly too. Overall a great stay and we would book again.

What a wonderful find! This was a home away from home and our host Mishael provided us with everything that we needed. There is no question that we will be back.

We had a great stay at Clara’s loved the location, the house was very comfortable and peaceful and pretty well had everything we needed. If there was one thing that could have been better it would have been great to have WiFi. Traveling with our Grand-daughter this was missed. 😊 With family living in the area, Clara’s place will be high on list as a go to stay next time we are over that way! Thanks!!

Such a beautiful house, so wonderfully styled and feels like the perfect holiday. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need which help relieves so much stress. Angela was fantastic to deal with and was very welcoming. Property is pet friendly but a small dog would be able to escape. We will definitely be coming back again for another holiday 😊
