Warm and cozy Studio condo; ideal for 2 adult/2 child or 3 adults. Studio is 432 sq ft. 2 mi from Kings beach/lake Tahoe. 6 mi to Northstar ski resort and .5 mi to Tahoe Rim Trails. Studio has a Gas Fireplace, Apple TV, Fast WiFi, YouTube TV for cable, granite countertops, instant hot water for tea or hot chocolate, motion faucet, ground floor unit, Patio with Adirondack chairs. Condo Clubhouse w/swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub is open year around, pool table, ping pong, fireplace and games.

From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

Our beautiful Studio is located in the peaceful area of Olympic Valley, in a dead-end street with limited traffic which add to your retreat. It is the perfect retreat for max 2 guests. You can enjoy walking along the beautiful Olympic Valley meadow to the Village (0.8 miles) and go for a bite or do some shopping....very short drive....Hiking Granite Peak or Shirley Canyon, biking or roller blade along the meadow and the Truckee River to Tahoe City, Downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing.
