Glebe Cottage is a charming Grade II listed detached stone country cottage in a tranquil no through road. This property is located in the picturesque village of Barford St Michael, which is nestled closely to the owner's home. The cottage has one super king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. The delightful interior provides a relaxed space of considerable character which has been beautifully and lovingly furnished providing the ideal getaway for pleasure. An excellent place for business too.

Charming guest house in the Cotswolds

A unique property within the grounds of a village house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a large sofa bed. A bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and free-standing bath completes the top floor. Downstairs includes a W.C. and utility room with washer dryer. From the kitchen, an outdoor staircase with stunning valley views, leads to a private terrace with seating and barbeque. Additional concierge services available on request.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Shepherds hut on beautiful farm

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

We have recently refurbished our lovely barn conversion (c. 700 sq ft) to a very high standard. It is light, has amazing views, a log burner and a SoHo Farmhouse feel. It has a king sized double bed, Fibre Wi-Fi and under floor heating. Stunning part of the northern Cotswolds (Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford - 15 mins) with numerous walks and bridleways from the door. You can also rent three stables and two paddocks to bring your horses to stay. A good way to explore the Cotswolds.

The Old Tea Rooms

The Old Tea Rooms, White House, Epwell, Oxfordshire. Set in the picturesque Cotswolds, detached cottage suitable for 1 small well behaved dog. The Old Tea Room is set on the edge of a wood with numerous footpaths and majestic views on the doorstep in a lovely rural position. The cottage offers the perfect peaceful spot for exploring the picturesque villages and ancient towns of one England's most beautiful areas. Easy reach for Clarkson’s Farm, Soho Farm House and Daylesford.

Studio guesthouse

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

The Hayloft: Charming Cotswolds Retreat For Two

The Hayloft is a very special cottage hidden away in the picturesque village of Hook Norton, just 8km from Chipping Norton. The Hayloft is an ideal bolthole in the Cotswolds sleeping up to two guests. Just a few minutes walk from a well stocked local shop and three excellent local pubs. The location is ideal to explore the stunning Cotswold countryside, as well as discovering the nearby city of Oxford which is just 40km south or a 40 minute drive.

Herrieffs Cottage

This is a very spacious Grade 2 listed one double bedroom cottage, with exposed beams and Horton stone walls, refurbished to a high standard. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with two comfy sofas and armchair, and a kitchen/dining room. Upstairs is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. It is perfect for cosy weekends away from the hustle and bustle of life!

Self-Contained Annex in quiet village location

The Annex is located in a quiet, small residential Court in a village location. There is a local pub/restaurant a short stroll away, otherwise local amenities can be found in Banbury, a couple of miles away, including supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and main line train station (London, Marylebone 50 mins, Birmingham New Street/Snow Hill 40 mins, etc.).

The Barn

Private secluded period barn set within the grounds of our home in Wigginton, a quiet small village in Oxfordshire on the edge of the Cotswolds close to Soho Farmhouse. The entrance to the barn is through a private driveway with off street parking.
