Η κατοικία βρίσκεται στο χωριό Συνετι, συγκεκριμένα στη πλαγιά προς την ομώνυμη παραλια με την εκπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο. Απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά από την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού την Αρχοντική Χωρα της Ανδρου και 20 λεπτά από τον παραδοσιακό Όρμο Κορθιου.
