“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Στα 150 μέτρα υπάρχουν ακόμα 2 Super Market, 2 φούρνοι και κρεοπωλείο. Επίσης, σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε στην πλατεία του Χωριού με τα παραδοσιακά καφενεία και τα εστιατόρια.

Kali Strata Studio is on the ground floor of a thoughtfully restored neoclassical 19th century house that most likely belonged to a prosperous merchant. This beautifully designed studio apartment was recently renovated in 2022 preserving the original features of the space, but also incorporating stylishly updated and comfortable conveniences.

SeaMe I

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
