Suggestivo appartamento in sasso in borgo antico

CIR: 013026-CNI-00002 Entra nel cuore di un antico borgo: questo appartamento è stato ristrutturato valorizzando le antiche mura in sasso. E poi le travi a vista in legno, il camino e il giardino con una vista fantastica sul lago renderanno la tua vacanza indimenticabile. La casa è stata ristrutturata recuperando i muri in sasso ed i soffitti in legno, ha un' atmosfera molto particolare. Sintrova all’ interno del borgo pedonale Non ha una diretta vista del lago, trovandosi dentro il borgo. Ma dal terreno dietro casa, raggiungibile da una scala, c' è una bellissima vista. Il parcheggio privato viene fornito a parte al costo di 5 euro al giorno. Alla casa si accede a piedi, passando nelle stradine dell’ antico villaggio, e non c’ è una vista diretta sul lago. Al terreno dietro casa si accede attraverso una scala. Sulla piazza di Sopravilla nel parcheggio pubblico si lascia l’ auto, se non trovate posto nel parcheggio pubblico noi possiamo fornire un parcheggio privato per l' auto. Il parcheggio privato viene fornito al costo supplementare di 5 euro al giorno. Costantemente collegata attraverso il sito di airbnb o gli sms telefonici. Offriamo al costo di 5 euro al giorno parcheggio privato chiuso con saracinesca e per chi viene in treno accompagnamento da e per la stazione. Il borgo di Sopravilla è molto antico, formato da case in sasso vicine le une alle altre, collegate da stradine strette e scale. Dall'appartamento non si vede il lago ma dal giardino dietro casa, collegato tramite una scala, la vista è strepitosa. I vecchi borghi sul lago, lo sport, le spiagge, le gite in battello, le antiche ville, le montagne intorno ricche di passeggiate panoramiche, i ristorantini romantici, la funicolare, tre giorni non sono abbastanza per godersi il lago di Como ! La casa dista circa cinque minuti a piedi - in discesa- dalla fermata del bus, e circa dieci - in discesa- dalla fermata del battello ( i battelli sono meno numerosi rispetto ai bus). A Blevio c' è un solo negozio di alimentari, chiuso domenica e lunedi. Al mattino apre alle 8 e chiude alle 12,30 mentre al pomeriggio apre alle 16,00 e chiude alle 19,30 Il borgo di Sopravilla è arrroccato sulla montagna e per raggiunge il lago (10 minuti in discesa) bisogna percorrere stradine e scale in discesa, dunque se non avete l' auto e non amate camminare forse la stone house non fa per voi..... :) :) dalla casa non vi è una diretta vista sul lago, in quanto la casa si trova nel borgo. Dal terreno dietro casa, raggiungibile attraverso una scala, vi è invece una bellissima vista del lago. camminare in un borgo privo di auto è un ottimo e salutare esercizio e sarete ripagati da meravigliosi scorci del lago respirando aria pulita, ma la posizione della casa e del borgo di Blevio sono adatti a turisti dinamici ! Sconsigliato andare a Como a piedi, meglio prendere il bus, la strada è trafficata e senza marciapiede, mentre nella direzione opposta ( verso Bellagio) la strada pedonale ( strada regia) è comoda e praticabile. Se avete in programma di esplorare il lago ottima soluzione sarebbe noleggiare un' auto piccola e maneggevole, per i nostri ospiti abbiamo un parcheggio privato che offriamo al prezzo di 5 euro al giorno. Per chi viene con il treno offriamo un passaggio da e per la stazione.
