This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

Stay at this Houseboat in Utrecht!

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Rural Cottage near Utrecht

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.
