Picklewood Cottage is a delightful, detached, lovingly-restored, bothy in a picturesque rural location, in the heart of the Northumbrian countryside, 0.5 mile from the village of Longframlington. All on one level, it has a king-sized bedroom and a twin room. The lounge/dining area is open plan with exposed beams, a log-burning fire and a smart TV with Netflix. Outside there is an enclosed garden with seating, BBQ and beautiful, picturesque open views. Electric car charging available for a fee.

The Fallows Rest has 2 large bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet, a bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchen inc coffee machine. Externally there is a luxury private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, composite decking & seating area surrounded by safety rails to keep pets & children safe. Free 18 hole golf for our guests as well as tennis courts and children’s play park. Lots of coastal & country walks right on our doorstep!

This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

Our flat has two good sized bedrooms one with a Kingsize bed with fresh Egyptian cotton bedding and there are an additional two comfortable sofa beds. Bedroom one has an ensuite with shower and there is also a main bathroom with a bathtub. A lovely light and spacious flat including a lounge-kitchen room.
