The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.

Rowenna is a very traditional, light and airy self- contained annexe with its own entrance attached to the family home. We supply a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, bread, milk, butter, and marmalade for our guests. The house is spacious, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy lounge with views over the valley and we endeavour to supply everything you need to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

Cooked breakfast is not available; however, a continental breakfast selection is provided.
