Bring your family (pups too) to our sweet little old lady house! Built in 1915 she sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Affordable and within a short walking distance to all of Preston's best. Our guests enjoy the fully fenced and private backyard, roast some marshmallows and let your family run and play. Our guests love her beautiful tall ceilings and pretty trim, as well as her quirks such as steep stairs, and window ac units! We are flexible and hope you love your time in Preston as much as we do!

Your trip to Lava Hot Spring will be fun and easy when you stay at Sunflower Station. With plenty of room and plenty of parking, you are close to everything you come to Lava for. Restaurants, swimming pools, hot springs, shops, and the river are just steps away. After a day of adventure, come home to dinner & games at the table, movies or stories by the fireplace or a bbq on the covered deck where you can watch the train pass by across the valley and listen to it's nostalgic whistle. Lava Hot Springs is just a short 30 mi. drive. Experience camping with amenities such as a bed and hot shower! Other amenities include mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Enjoy the firepit to grill your favorite foods, cook foil dinners, roast marshmallows, or just relax under the stars.

Your 500 square-foot studio private farm cottage is surrounded by beautiful farm and ranch land. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. You will have spectacular views of the Bear River mountain range to the East, and you may see and hear sheep bleating, hawks soaring, owls hooting, horses whinnying, sprinkler lines watering the fields, and tractors working in the distant fields.

We are thrilled to announce that we have now installed a brand new king bed in our main bedroom! We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

They have a wide range of meal options for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. 8 minutes from Downata hot springs. 45 minutes from Lava hot springs. 25 minutes from Bear River Hot Springs. 15 minutes from Twin lakes. Lots of trails for hiking near the property.
