The Fold has its own dedicated garden & patio overlooking the goat paddock & long uninterrupted views of the countryside. It’s designed with a comforting, stylish & peaceful quality, and everything you need for a relaxing & memorable break away with grounding easy walks directly into the farm.

Lovely Studio apartment with free parking on site

A lovely self-contained studio with patio area and free parking. It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Converted Granary and Loft, Adstock/Addington

The Granary is a wonderful grain store and loft to the courtyard corner of our family home with a private front door and access. The accommodation was originally part of a stud farm, producing famous stallions. Substantial and spacious with beams and views to the paddocks, at first floor. A fine small kitchen alongside a comfortable dining and lounge area. Free parking on site and separate boiler house provides heating and hotwater. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER
