Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. It is located in the most tourist area of the island. At a short distance there are some of the most well-known beaches such as AI HELIS beach and AVITHOS (1,5klm), MAKRYS GIALOS (6klm) and 9klm away from the capital of the island, ARGOSTOLI. We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.

Katerina Mare - 5 passi dal mare

Katerina Mare a Lourdas Beach offre un'esperienza di affitto unica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Goditi splendide viste, i suoni rilassanti delle onde e tramonti indimenticabili. Ristoranti e un minimarket si trovano a soli un minuto di distanza. Rilassati nel giardino circondato da rigogliosa vegetazione. L'accesso alla spiaggia è comodo attraverso scale nelle vicinanze. Non è necessaria l'auto poiché l'autobus locale collega a zone popolari raggiungibili a piedi.
