Hello fellow parent, you found this property because you saw it has a high chair and a Nuna Pack and Play. This place was perfect for our 1 year old. We didn't travel with any baby furniture, so when we got to Jiyeon's AirBnB, we had everything we needed! (For comparison, we also stayed in a fancy Myeongdong hotel, and immediately missed our baby-friendly AirBnB). The property is a basic Korean home that you'd expect your Grandma to live in. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms with new showers, a common sitting area, a kitchen you can cook in, and a stacked washer/dryer. The grocery is next door in case you want to pick anything up. The location is an alley away from the main street noise. From the Itaewon subway stop, you are a 2 minute walk from the AirBnB, three streets away. Jiyeon is also very hands on to make sure her guests don't get lost and also have everything they need; a responsive host makes a world of difference. A+, would stay again when we return to Seoul!

I felt right at home in this spacious, yet cozy apartment. The apartment provides a lot of comfort from reading a book on a big couch, sharing a meal with friends in a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. The host has been incredibly helpful and supportive. The area is central, yet not touristy - so you have a great base for exploring the city and also live right next to a local market.

The place was exactly what myself and 6 friends were looking for. It was walking distance to all of the clubs and restaurants in the area as well as the train station. It slept all of us comfortably as well!

It was a spacious 2 bedder apartment which is easily accessible to major bus and train stations. The neighbourhood is vibrant and has many eateries and convenient stores around. I had a good 10 day stay at this place.

회사분들과 놀러갔는데 화장실이 층별로 나눠져있어 남/녀 구분해 사용하기 좋았고, 테이블도 커서 밥먹을 때 좋았습니다. 수영장도 생각보다 크고 넓어서 나중에 이용 가능한 시기 때 재방문 해보려고 합니다!

1박으로 이용했는데 풀빌라 생각하면 가겨대비 만족도 짱이에요! 1층이라 접근성 좋고 편의점도 가까워요. 풀빌라 이제 못갈것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 이용할게요~~

숙소 공간도 너무 좋고 1층이라 아이들이랑 같이 가기도 좋았어요. 그리고 마당도 넓어서 가을이나 봄 여름에 더 활용도가 좋을 거 같아서 꼭 다시 여기서 모이자고 했습니다. 호스트도 친절하고 아주 좋았어요. ㅎㅎ 잘 쉬다 갑니다

Roa rocks!!! If you’re dumb enough to manage the heating, Roa organises a specialist to visit you. If you’re dumb enough to do an online purchase from a Korean web store, Roa does it for you. If you have your whatever “ifs”, Roa does the magic 🪄 The place is roomy enough and is located in cool are in Itaewon!

Great place to stay in the heart of a trendy area. Easy access and very responsive host. Appreciated the extras left in the apartment, toiletries in the bathroom, drinks in the fridge etc.

구축이라 조금 걱정했지만 우리 집이었으면 할 정도로 너무 깔끔하고 잘 꾸며져 있었어요. 다만 화장실이 좁아서 키가 큰 친구는 조금 불편해했어요. 기분 좋게 잘 쉬었습니다. 감사합니다!

너무 만족스러웠던 숙소였어요. 위치도 좋아서 이동하기 편했고, 숙소 상태도 사진보다 훨씬 깔끔하고 아늑했어요. 무엇보다 호스트님이 정말 친절하셔서 감동했어요. 실수를 하나 했는데도 걱정부터 해주시고 괜찮다고 말씀해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 체크아웃 후에 물건을 두고 온 걸 알게 되었는데, 그것도 신속하게 도와주셔서 잘 찾을 수 있었어요. 전체적으로 너무 따뜻하고 배려가 느껴지는 숙소였습니다. 다음에 또 기회가 되면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶어요!

Great location within walking distance of Bupyeong station. Also perfectly located within walking distance of Culture and Theme Street. Hosts were responsive whenever we needed help on a matter. Highly recommend the place.
