Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. The Cottage on Grand Oaks Plantation is a hidden gem in the small town of Monticello, FL. Nestled under a canopy of 200 year old Live Oaks, you will enjoy relaxing as you watch the horses, ring-tailed lemurs, kangaroos... This restored plantation cottage housed guests in the early 1900's, and is now completely renovated with antique stained glass windows and doors, beadboard walls and a screened wrap around porch. Pool table and darts also. This cottage was featured in Country Living Magazine.
