Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Hygge at Springfield House

Located in the village of Crockerton only 5 minutes from Longleat and Center Parcs. Detached from the main house with plenty of off road parking our stylish Scandi studio apartment has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room a lounge/kitchen featuring a double sofa bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen has full, but very basic, cooking amenities making this an ideal haven for a mini ‘hygge’ break or work trip. Toiletries are provided together with food and drink starter pack.

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the market town of Warminster, it offers a peaceful base with its own private entrance. Just minutes from Longleat Safari Park and around 30 minutes from Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge. Air conditioning provides extra comfort during the summer months. Ideal for couples, short breaks and business stays.

Our Property is on the very edge of Warminster. Your accomodation is the loft conversiosn, with your own private entrance.. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons in two rooms. We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog.
