A quintessentially English village, located just a few miles from the Jurassic Coast and the seaside town of Weymouth. A short walk from the front door takes you to the central hub of the village with the duck pond and the village pub The Springhead. There are numerous country and coastal walks nearby and we are dog friendly* There is plenty to see & do all year round.

Our holiday home is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Located 12-15min flat walk (buggy friendly) from the seaside. The Haven park offers a swimming pool, live entertainment and play areas for kids until 14th November (access to indoor complex is an additional fee on a first come first serve basis) We are opposite the activity field. One car parking space next to the caravan.. CHANGEOVER DAYS ARE MONDAY OR FRIDAY. Please contact us to make a shorter booking or with any questions.

It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development. This unique suite with it's own private stairway from the floral garden leading to your own private balcony is a perfect base looking onto the Jurassic Coast above Ringstead Bay. Above the property is the inner coastal path and Ridgeway walks. Nearby is beach access at Ringstead Bay and Osmington Mills. The suite comprises a cosy lounge area, shower room and toilet, hallway with boot and coat cupboard and luxurious bedroom with Purbeck Stone wall overlooking the garden.

Laurel Cottage

Laurel Cottage is a charming 300 year old thatched cottage in the heart of the picturesque village of Sutton Poyntz on the outskirts of the seaside resort town of Weymouth. The interior has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard combining a modern kitchen and bathrooms with the period character of the cottage. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles (1 en-suite) and 2 twins. There is a large living room and separate dining room. Bed linen and towels are included.

Pixon Barn is situated on a working farm on the Jurassic Coastline within an easy driving distance to Weymouth, Lulworth Cove, and Abbotsbury. It is located next to numerous bridlepaths, perfect for avid walkers, cyclists and lovers of the countryside. We welcome any and all well behaved dogs. There are several pubs all within a 5 minutes distance by car, as well as our own farm cafe and shop located on the main road into Weymouth. Best ice-cream around.!
