It is with great pleasure we invite you to enjoy your waterfront getaway with its own private sandy beach located in the prime position of St Georges Basin. As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. This modest 3 bedroom home has recently been updated with new flooring, furniture and paint. It has a large outdoor covered deck area with BBQ, outdoor dining table and lounge. It's located a short distance from the Bowling club, river, boat ramps and local shops. It features: Queen bed in 2 bedrooms and a double in the 3rd Bathroom with separate bath and shower Large undercover deck with BBQ Linen is not provided, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels.

Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
