Sussex County: soggiorni in case vacanze

Needed a place for 6 people and 1 dog for the Spartan race in NJ. This place not only delivered but was only 15-20min away from the race site. We immediately felt at home. Highlights: 2 car garage Fenced yard for our dog to run wild. Spacious interior with full kitchen 3 bedrooms with individual heat controls 3 full bathrooms for post race showers - master shower with steam was clutch. Plenty of entertainment on raining days - billiards, darts, board games, puzzles, etc. Plenty of towels and linens. It really had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the space. Would highly recommend.

Tommy’s place was the prefect weekend getaway for 4 small families with kids a dogs. The entrance to the place is very private and the house itself it’s huge! Pictures don’t make it justice. Living room is very spacious, enough rooms and bathrooms for everybody and a lot of towels! and the kitchen was furnished with everything we may need. Our favorite part of course was the deck with the grill and the heated pool! Tommy was very responsive with any question we had! Excellent place might look into booking it for another family trip!

This is one of the best place I have ever stayed in. Not only the house was the great, but the community (and its amenities) were great as well. I would definitely recommend this place for big family and i would go back myself as well.

What a wonderful place to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday with our close friends! We were close to all the breweries, cideries, wineries, and cute shops! The house was perfect for cooking a pasta dinner and relaxing by the fire. We hope to come back soon!

This piece of heaven is the perfect place to stay when you want a relaxing getaway with loved ones! I spent my birthday weekend here with family and friends and it was honestly the best weekend ever. The peaceful oasis of nature and beautiful property not only put a smile on your face from ear to ear but an enteral feeling of peace. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or home to stay in! 10/10 recommend for families looking to spend some great quality time together! Looking forward to our next stay! (:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marcela's Airbnb! I was in town for the Spartan Race and needed a comfortable place to relax after the event, and Marcela's place was the perfect spot. The house is spacious and inviting, offering plenty of room to unwind. After pushing myself during the race, the hot tub was an absolute dream—perfectly maintained, spacious, and the ideal place to soak in and let the stress melt away. Marcela herself was incredibly polite, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. She really went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat, especially after a big event, I highly recommend Marcela's place!

This is such a nice place to stay at with a lot of great places to eat from nearby. It’s private and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but also close enough to everything you’d need, like grocery stores, Walmart, Dunkin’s, and more. Susan was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely come back here again and recommend this to anyone staying around this area!

Spent a very relaxing and enjoyable long weekend here with my family of 5 adults. I was a bit apprehensive that not all the amenities would be in good working order or the house not as pictured, (had that experience in a different rental,) but wasted worries, because they absolutely were. We had everything we needed and everything worked. The house was quite cozy and comfortable, even in the cold January weather, and spacious enough for us all to sprawl and separate when we wanted and also gather for meals and games and movies. The location is very picturesque -- even had a family of deer walking through the snowy yard, like an old picture postcard. Would definitely book again. Also Lika, the owner, found a jacket I left behind and kindly, thoughtfully and generously mailed it back same day. Service and consideration-- thank you again!

Great hospitality of the host. Very clean, cozy house for a memorable trip.

The house was beautiful and the surrounding area was also beautiful and serene. The host was easily accessible and answered questions promptly. The only downside was that Walmart and other stores were about 30 minutes away but there is a ShopRite close by.

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

I LOVED this place. Me and my family felt right at home. Everything was as described and our experience was great. I def recommend, I know I will be back.

It is the most wonderfully furnished house. It is right on the river and super tranquil. Who wouldn't want to have a view of the river from the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all necessities, the bathrooms are squeaky clean, the sofas are super comfortable, and there is plenty of TV (internet/streaming) and wifi for a rainy moment. Beyond that, shipping, dining, and hiking are a very short drive away. Ww would come back anytime.

We had an excellent time staying at The Lodge at the Dwarfskill Preserve for our family vacation. It was very peaceful and tranquil. The backyard of the lodge had a beautiful stream and waterfalls. My little ones (5 and 3) enjoyed spending time on the back deck/screened in porch. We hiked on the property to see the sights and saw some deer as well. Our host was quick to respond and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Lodge at the Dwarfskill Preserve as a great getaway place from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

We / family had a great time together- this house has spaces large enough for many to congregate in comfortably thus making it easy for us to enjoy- found the host super attentive but didn’t utilize him due to our knowledge on things or simply being easier for to manage- because this house is set up well and conveniently located tends to always get booked - however I did suggest to the host - that the house itself needs a a few days off, maybe a week, for a slight face lift / some TLC inside and out - maintaining the property to it potential vs allowing the overall space to deteriorate to levels below premium status. Perhaps after my stay, specific points shared or maybe after the next renter, the host / owners take full inventory of the condition of the house & give well deserved time to bring the property to prestigious status and full potential.

Our family loved this spot! The house is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. My kids all loved the basement which had a great assortment of games, toys and books. We visited for a weekend and went snowtubing at Mountain Creek (only about 12 minutes away). We also really enjoyed nearby Warwick, NY where we found nice shops and restaurants. It was a great stay - highly recommend!

The house is simply gorgeous and the lake setting is stunning. It is extremely clean and well stocked. Nice and quiet and plenty of room for all of our guests. We had a bit of an issue with the front door opening, but Noma was extremely responsive and helped us out right away. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Host communicated well and location was walking distance to plenty of things.

This location is a great spot for the local minerals and grand Cascade resorts Very sunny lots of good natural light and space to enjoy your time together

Thought it was a little expensive, but the house, accommodations, size of bedrooms, access to kayaks, beautiful kitchen, we couldn’t be happier with the weekend. Looking forward to rebooking in the future.

Perfect condo for a weekend getaway, we had 6 people - 4 adults & 2 kids, so 2 per bed. Vanessa has lots of extras like coffee, filters, creamers, teas, dishwasher pods. It was exactly as described and very clean and welcoming. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. Love the wraparound porch and appreciated the extra blankets by the couches to snuggle up. We would definitely rent this place again, it was exactly what we wanted.
